Our Board: Xiaolu​​​​ Sheng

Sheng is a legal counsel based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with experience in global mobility, building diverse workforce, and other corporate legal matters. 

Xiaolu earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she developed a strong interest in immigrant advocacy. She participated in the Immigration Clinic, helping refugees seek asylum and reunite with their families, and served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Drawing from her own experience as a member of the AAPI community, Xiaolu is passionate about serving underserved communities, advancing immigrant rights, and supporting minority mental health. She believes legal empowerment and emotional wellness are deeply connected.
