Xiaolu is a Business Immigration Attorney in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her practice focuses on business immigration law, assisting clients with immigration matters to build an efficient immigration program, a globally diverse and highly skilled workforce, as well as to enable workforce mobility. Xiaolu attended UNC Chapel Hill School of Law from 2016 to 2019, where she grew a strong interest in Immigration Law by serving as a research assistant in drafting an Amicus Brief on President Donald Trump’s travel ban. Xiaolu also served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA), dedicating herself to raising awareness of the minority student community, connecting the Asian legal community and providing more resources to minority students. She joined the Immigration Clinic, helping refugees seek asylum in the United States and reunite with their families. Xiaolu is passionate about serving underserved communities. With a deep commitment to advocating for immigrant rights, she provides compassionate legal support to individuals navigating complex immigration processes. Drawing from her own experiences as a member of the AAPI community, Xiaolu understands the unique challenges faced by immigrants and works tirelessly to ensure they receive the representation they deserve. In addition to immigration law, she is a strong advocate for minority mental health, recognizing the importance of mental well-being in the immigrant experience. Xiaolu believes that legal empowerment and emotional wellness go hand in hand.
