Our organizational structure is designed to support both strong internal operations and meaningful external impact. It is organized into four interconnected areas—Governance, Administration, Programs, and Development—each with distinct roles that work together to advance our mission. Governance provides oversight and strategic guidance; Administration ensures effective internal management and compliance; Programs carry out our direct community-facing work; and Development builds the resources, partnerships, and long-term capacity needed for sustainable growth. Together, these branches create a cohesive framework that supports accountability, impact, and organizational resilience. You can read a bit more about each respective branch below!

GOVERNANCE
Governance consists of our Board and Advisors, who provides oversight, accountability, and strategic guidance for the organization, and evaluating leadership to ensure success.

ADMINISTRATION
Administration encompasses the internal systems and functions that enable us to operate effectively and sustainably, ensuring our external-facing work is well-supported and compliant.

PROGRAMS
Programs represent the vision-driven work of the organization, including all our initiatives, services, and projects delivered to the community. It’s where our mission meets real impact.

DEVELOPMENT
Development focuses on building long-term capacity, leading strategic planning and research efforts, securing funding, and cultivating strong relationships with partners.
