Susan Chung is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in North Carolina, New York, and New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine in 2006, followed by a Master of Public Health from the University of Southern California and a Master of Social Work from New York University in 2009 and 2014, respectively.
Susan has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. She is the owner of a private psychotherapy practice that primarily serves Asian-identified young professionals. In addition to clinical work, she provides supervision and mentorship to associate therapists within her practice.
Susan also serves as the Director of the Associate Therapist Program at Sol Health, a startup telehealth company, where she develops training and support structures to ensure associate therapists receive high-quality clinical supervision while fostering a strong sense of community within a virtual workspace.
Beyond her clinical and leadership roles, Susan has been actively involved in anti-human trafficking efforts in North Carolina since 2010. Serving survivors of human trafficking is a significant calling in her work, and she continues to advocate for this vulnerable population through clinical service, education, and community engagement.
