Kristen Hu

Kristen Hu is an Applied Psychology student at Beijing Normal University – Hong Kong Baptist University United International College, with a passion for integrating psychology and technology to enhance mental health, particularly in industrial and organizational settings. She has practical experience in data analysis, program management, and cross-cultural research. Kristen has contributed to projects involving ACS and BRFSS data, focusing on comparative analysis between the U.S., North Carolina, and Asian populations, utilizing tools such as SPSS and R.

Her internships at a pharmaceutical company and a psychology research center provided hands-on experience in corporate culture development, recruitment, and the application of emerging technologies in psychological research. Kristen’s leadership roles on campus brought her organizational skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams. Her exposure to various cultural backgrounds has enabled her to contribute to cross-cultural projects and engage in research that bridges different perspectives.
