Mark your calendar for Thursday, April 2nd! Thanks to our funders, we’re offering FREE Adult Mental Health First-Aid (MHFA) Training at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). This session includes two hours of self-paced online pre-work, followed by in-person instruction. Here’s everything you need to know:

This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. But you don’t want to wait—there’s only nineteen seats available.
