NCCAS & NCAAA 2026 Lunar New Year Celebration
This Year of the Horse celebration brings together cultural performances, interactive booths, and community honors in a festive gathering hosted by NCAAA and NCCAS, featuring Chinese American elected officials. With hands-on cultural experiences and raffle prizes, it’s a lively, family-friendly way to celebrate the Lunar New Year with the broader Triangle community.
Time: Doors Open 5:30 PM; Program 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Silent War Screening at Triangle Chinese School
Join UCA WAVES and the Triangle Chinese School for a screening of Silent War, a powerful documentary featuring Asian American voices confronting mental health challenges and the impact of silence. The film explores shame, resilience, and hope for a more compassionate mental health future. Following the screening, Lily Chen, Founder of UCA WAVES, and Alan Z—artist, actor, and mental health advocate—will engage in a community conversation on AAPI mental health, with a Q&A for youth and parents.
