Dr. Liu is a psychiatrist, educator, workforce expert, and social media innovator who has presented globally on how digital platforms can transform mental health conversations. He currently serves as Chair of the American Psychiatric Association’s Council on Communications and Co-chair of the World Psychiatric Association’s Interest Group on Medical Students, helping shape the future of mental health leadership and advocacy worldwide.

In this engaging session, Dr. Liu will explore how digital storytelling can reduce stigma, empower AAPI youth and professionals, and spark meaningful change. Attendees will leave with tools and inspiration to amplify their own voices in ways that connect, educate, and heal.
