We’re honored to welcome Kelly Crosbie, Director of the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services. A licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of leadership in public service, Kelly has dedicated her career to supporting #mentalhealth, substance use recovery, and developmental #disabilities across North Carolina. Her expertise and commitment have shaped statewide efforts to strengthen systems of care and #empower communities.

In her keynote, Kelly will share how state systems and local #communities can partner to break stigma, improve access, and foster #recovery, setting the stage for an inspiring day of dialogue, learning, and healing.
