On March 26th, we had the incredible opportunity to host Yanelly Villegas, the Program Officer from the Julian Grace Foundation for a full day of connection and collaboration! Our team at UCA WAVES led her through an immersive experience, including:

• Visiting three powerful parent peer support and education programs, where passion, skills, and creativity came together to deeply connect with participants.

• A team lunch filled with meaningful conversations.

• A mini education session, showcasing our mission-driven work.

• Two one-on-one discussions with our Executive Director, Jian (Lily) Chen diving deeper into our vision for youth mental health.
