G. Julie Xie, Ph.D. Licensed Educational Psychologist in CA since 2002. Credentialed School Psychologist in Fremont Unified School District since 2000. Adjunct Faculty for Sofia University since 2017. Over the past 20+ years, Dr. Xie has been dedicated in expanding the practice of Positive Psychology in mental health, parenting, and well-being in working places. She specializes in preschool to high school student psychological evaluation, consultation, behavior management, and educational methods design. Author of “Being a School Psychologist in the USA” (2016) and “Learned Optimism: Handbook of Positive Parenting ”(2021)
