On Dec 13th-14th, UCA WAVES Youth Mental Health Collaborative Executive Director Jian (Lily) Chen was invited by Blue Cross NC Foundation to attend their Winter Convening organized by Shelia Reich, Director of Racial Equity and Healthy Communities, and her fabulous team.

Lily said: “It was amazing learning from incredible community change-makers on-site and off-site, panelists, wellness coach, and from each other, we are filling our own cups with so many intentional and well-thought-out caring acts.
